“In terms of the money – it could save the national association cash in the short-term which can be spent in other areas.

“It’s great we have a bunch of players who continue to show this attitude.

“It’s an exciting time at the start of a new campaign and we have to be positive about it.

“Results will dictate the campaign but I feel we can all be hopeful as we start the campaign.

“We’ll try to win the group. Holland will be favourites, but if we’re not good enough to win we’ll fight for second place and that play-off.”
